How long will it take?

Initial evaluations are usually 60 to 90 minutes for the client, and I spend more time reviewing results. Individual sessions are 50 minutes long, and group sessions are 60 minutes long.

Typically, therapy/training sessions are weekly for 6 to 12 weeks, depending on your goals and speed of progress.

Scheduling appointments

Please contact me with the best times for you and we can plan a video conference or phone call for a free consultation. Then we can schedule an in person meeting or video conference for an initial evaluation. Therapy/training sessions are typically once a week for 50 minutes, during my office hours (9:30am to 2:30pm, Wednesday and Friday).

What is the cost?

Following a full assessment, including a discussion of your specific goals, I will provide you a recommendation for a number of sessions and a report with your results and goals.
